The following is the text of a letter being posted to you today from
Sandra Shine. As it may take some time to reach you, I thought it might
useful to send it via e-mail as well:

I am pleased to inform you that the examiners have recommended that you be
admitted to the above degree subject to minor corrections to the thesis
being carried out. I enclose copies of the Examiners' Reports for your
information. You should consult your supervisor about the corrections
required.
We can arrange for the thesis to be hard bound once the corrections have
been made to the satisfaction of the internal examiner. If you would like
me to arrange this, please let me have a cheque made payable to Webster
Bookbinders when you submit your thesis.
The corrections must be carried out and two revised copies of your thesis
submitted to the Computing Course Administration Office by 30 June 2000.
Please note that any extension in the submission date will be subject to a
late submission fee of 70 for each six months or part thereof.
Higher degrees approved before the end of April 2000 will be conferred in
July 2000, those approved after that date will be conferred at the
ceremony on 24 November 2000. If you would like to be included in the
July ceremony, I would need to receive your corrected thesis by 5 April
2000.

Regards
